Unburden Unravel Unleash is rolled out step by step and includes a lot of powerful programs within it, which can be done team wise or even in the form of retreats. It is tailored using simple concepts, ideas, tools and practices to help discover oneself inturn leading to clarity to perform better.

Corporate Services: Service

Some of the sessions offered within this program are:

  • The Enneagram Program: The ENNEAGRAM is an effective tool to assess the personality type of a person, thereby helping in self- analysis and growth, achieving self- actualisation, forging better relationships & acting as a tool for leadership. It enables employees to become aware, plan and develop their strengths and overcome limitations and align themselves with the organisation's needs. It allows them to be able to notice the real motivations, strategies and ways of perceiving the world of their teams, peers and superiors, promoting more sustainable environments and relationships. It is a real awareness and change process, not just learning new attitudes or skills.

  • Conscious Communication: The Conscious Communication sessions are designed to help the employees develop the art of Non-Violent communication and manage conflicts in a proactive way. They involve exercises, practices and role plays that help them master the art of listening and communicating. This in turn helps promote trust, vulnerability and cohesiveness within teams and opens up avenues for creating an atmosphere of wellbeing within the organisation.

  • Conscious Breathing: This is a powerful program, which can help the individuals overcome traumas fears & phobias that they may not even be aware of. This is an intensive workshop that is conducted in sets of 5 days for a cohort of 15-20 people at a time. The benefits of this practice are so immense that those who have undergone these sessions have made this practice a regular part of their daily routine.

  • Building Resilience: Work life balance is a common term that we hear in the corporate world. While we understand the importance of it, many times an individual buckles under pressure to situations that are beyond their control. To be able to cope with such situations, be it managing unreasonable demands from clients or unforeseen life challenges, it is important for one to develop resilience. Resilience is an ability that can be developed. This program is about understanding the science behind it and going through step by step sessions to inculcate this ability for life.

  • Mind Mastery: Being focused and disciplined is a challenge for most people nowadays. Distractions seem to be the most debilitating factor when it comes to productivity. People struggle to get simple tasks done because of the addiction to social media. Learning to use the mind in the way it is meant to be used, is a skill that one can develop. Here I share a lot of tools and practices  for developing Focus, Visualisation, Goal setting, Personal Mastery and Manifestation.

  • Mindfulness Programs: To support all the above mentioned programs and to help deepen the practices, the mindfulness program is a simple yet extremely powerful tool that one could armour themselves with, to go through life to become the best versions of themselves, feeling confident and having a sense of meaningful contribution to all areas of their lives. Various types of practices are shared that instil a sense of wellbeing and help develop empathy in the individual.

  • 1on 1 Mentoring/ Coaching Sessions: Other than group sessions, I also offer 1:1 sessions which are great for people who would like to work on issues related to personal challenges, procrastination, habit building, overcoming emotional trauma, goal setting etc.These are 50 minute sessions with a weekly cadence.
